Grilled Manouri with honey and nuts
Ingredients1 kg Manouri, cut in round slices
60 ml olive oil
100 gr honey
80 gr nuts, shelled
10 gr sesame seeds
PreparationMarinate the Manouri slices in olive oil and grill them on a flat surface.
Sprinkle the sesame seeds on a flat surface and coat the hot Manouri slices in the sesame seeds.
Place the Manouri slices on a serving dish and cover with warmed honey and the nuts.
Garnish with fruit and serve.
