Courgettes fritters with smoked Metsovone
Ingredients1 kg finely grated courgettes
100 gr bread crumbs
100 gr mashed onion
50 gr finely chopped spring onions
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
120 gr flour
30 ml beer
60 ml olive oil
10 gr finely chopped dill
10 gr finely chopped parsley
300 ml olive oil for frying
10 gr salt
5 gr red pepper
200 gr smoked Metsovone, grated
PreparationPlace all the ingredients in a bassinet and mix until you obtain a hard mixture.
Let it rest for a while to allow all the aromas to develop.
Make small fritters with the mixture.
Pour the olive oil into a deep frying pan and fry the fritters on both sides.
Place the fried fritters on a kitchen paper to drain any excess oil.
Serve with yoghurt.
